Northern Minnesota learning vacations are based at our interpretive center in Ely, gateway to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and the heart of Minnesota wolf country. Unless otherwise noted, all northern Minnesota programs include lakeside lodging and all meals
The International Wolf Center and the Denali Education Center will be partnering to offer an Alaskan adventure September 5-11, 2010. Details of the trip's logistics, content and pricing will be available in the next few months. Check back often! Would you be interested in an adventure in Alaska? The International Wolf Center sure is! If you have questions, please email Jess Edberg, Information Services Director at jedberg@wolf.org.
The International Wolf Center is proud to offer Wolf Seminars-intensive educational experiences that closely examine specific wolf-related topics such as predator-prey relationships, social behavior and captive wolf management. Wolf Seminars are taught by expert scientists familiar with the latest discoveries in wolf behavior, ecology, management and conservation. Academic credit is available for most seminars.
Get the latest wolf information, gain practical tools for teaching about wolves, and have fun along the way! Educator Workshops are created especially for educators-formal and nonformal-who work with students grades 6-12 and adults.
